NYS 47 Hour Armed Guard

Our Training Makes the Difference

This course is designed by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Security Guard Program. The completion of this course allows the applicant to apply for their Armed Security Guard Card. This course includes seven hours of classroom instruction in the use of force (NYS Penal Law Art.35), followed by a written examination and 40 hours on the firing range, followed by weapons qualification. (Service-caliber handgun required.).

The cost of this training program is $450.00, a deposit of $100.00 is required upon booking which will reserve your seat in the class.  The balance of $350.00 is due the first day of class.  Deposit payments may be made in person via cash, credit/debit, CashApp or money order (money order should be made payable to CJPTC, LLC and can be mailed or dropped off at 2476 Elmwood Avenue, Kenmore, New York 14217).

Every effort is made to run classes as scheduled, however, we reserve the right to cancel as necessary, for low enrollment or acts beyond our control.  Refunds will be made for training which has been cancelled if requested or credit can be received and rolled over into the next training date.

* Students are required to attend all sessions of training as scheduled and must provide a duty caliber firearm, ammunition and required equipment.
